Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing
- Install and finish drywall, insulation, and framing
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience with concrete finishing and framing
- Knowledge of Tucson building codes and regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
