Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead small crews during emergency and scheduled outages
- Document work orders and maintain equipment logs
- Coordinate with project managers and building supervisors
- Perform system upgrades and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee state electrical license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial experience
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license with clean record
