Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance of wiring systems.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical work.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Equipment Handling: Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including wire strippers, multimeters, and conduit benders.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project timelines and satisfaction.
- Safety Protocols: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
