Responsibilities
- Perform complex plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on commercial and residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot emergency leaks, clogs, and pipe failures during night hours.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clean-up and communication with clients.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to prevent future failures.
- Mentor apprentice plumbers and ensure junior team members adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
