Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine layout of electrical circuits, wiring, and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and OSHA safety standards.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify faults and ensure proper functionality.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, power distribution panels, and control systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and requirements.
- Perform regular site inspections and document work completed.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
