Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in Charlotte, NC and Virginia.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical details to clients in plain language.
- Utilize handheld testing equipment such as multimeters and voltage detectors.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (valid in NC and/or VA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial wiring.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends or evenings as required for part-time shifts.
