Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance under supervision
- Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Operate power tools, pipe cutters, and trenching equipment safely
- Install water heaters, faucets, sinks, toilets, and garbage disposals
- Maintain clean job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
