Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions with minimal downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, managing tools and materials efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Electrician License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments (climbing ladders, crawling in attics/basements).
- Current valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
