Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Install, fit, and test piping systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas lines.
- Perform thorough inspections to identify potential leaks, corrosion, or safety hazards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local San Jose and California building codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, accurate estimates, and transparent communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight, confined spaces.
