Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems including conduit, wiring, and control panels
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for complex multi-story buildings
- Ensure compliance with NEC, Washington State Electrical Code, and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with general contractors and project managers on timeline adherence
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years commercial electrical installation experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification and NFPA 70E training
- Proficiency with conduit bending, power distribution, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
