Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and NFPA 70 standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Prepare detailed work reports and maintain job site documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety consultations
- Collaborate with general contractors and property managers
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class A or B Electrician License (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and NEC standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/after-hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
