Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems per NEC and California regulations
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for complex projects
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services for residential/commercial clients
- Supervise apprentices and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and building inspectors
- Manage inventory and equipment for multiple project sites
- Document work orders and maintain client communication logs
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and drug screening
