Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical systems.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance on electrical systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining complex electrical issues in plain language.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Kentucky.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina for field work.
