Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Manage inventory and order necessary electrical components
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
