Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of electrical tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial wiring systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Adhere strictly to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Install, repair, and maintain lighting systems, outlets, circuits, and panel boxes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical work.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all job sites are left in pristine condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and technical requirements.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on electrical experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Tools: Own or reliable access to a fully stocked personal tool belt.
- Vehicle: Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Skills: Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and reading technical drawings.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
