Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead apprentices and junior electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to meet project deadlines
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and complete detailed documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio state electrician license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Proficient in reading technical diagrams and schematics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
