Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead small crews on residential and commercial projects
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety education
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency with power tools and testing equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean record
