Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Washington state electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical failures using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage projects from initial assessment to final inspection and client handover
- Maintain detailed work documentation and safety compliance records
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Valid Washington state electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, circuit testers, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
