Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls within 2-hour response windows
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and water heater malfunctions
- Install/replace fixtures, pipes, and water systems in residential/commercial properties
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles
- Document service reports and maintain customer communication logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
