Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with California Electrical Code and OSHA standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients
- Perform inspections and provide detailed documentation for compliance
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials for efficient project execution
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman or Master License
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical experience in commercial/residential settings
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Strong knowledge of NEC, Title 24, and local San Francisco building codes
- Experience with energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
