Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.
- Install and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system integrity.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding job status and costs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and handle physical demands.
