Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine wiring layouts
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate with other trade professionals
- Inspect completed installations to ensure safety and functionality
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials for projects
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia electrician license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and safety protocols
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
