Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, residential, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members on project timelines
- Perform safety inspections and implement electrical safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
