Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices
- Manage project timelines and material inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and safety education
Qualifications
- Valid Texas electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
