Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure all electrical systems meet local and national safety codes and regulations.
- Inspect electrical components, including circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring, to identify hazards or defects.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problems to restore functionality.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects and obtain necessary permits.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential or commercial electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
