Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and wiring in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Perform detailed inspections of electrical installations to ensure safety and compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layouts and wiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical blueprints and schematics.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
