Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial installations.
- Pull and terminate wire, install junction boxes, and mount electrical fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Perform basic carpentry and drywall repair as required by projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (fractions, measurements).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights (with harness).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work long hours.
