Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license required (valid in New York State).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential wiring.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, blueprints, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
