Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and requirements.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using electrical testing equipment, and various hand/power tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders/steps.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
