Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan and execute wiring projects accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently to resolve client issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients and team members.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of materials and time.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license (Class C).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, climbing, and lifting heavy materials.
