Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and wiring in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layouts and installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with strict safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain technical issues to clients clearly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
