Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and wiring issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Document all work orders and time logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician License (New York State required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, heights).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
