Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional solutions.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices and apprentices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
