Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate wiring and layout.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure full compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate job logs and provide detailed reports to project managers.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians as needed.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe for personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Journeyman Electrician card required.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Current OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
