Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure code compliance.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and power distribution issues.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of time, materials, and project progress.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and equipment testing.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in commercial electrical work.
- Deep understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Certification in OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
