Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan work efficiently.
- Ensure all electrical work strictly complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Mentor apprentices and junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Arizona (AZ).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Skills: Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, voltage testers, oscilloscopes).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution systems.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
