Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters) and pipefitting
- Ensure compliance with Illinois plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed service reports
- Maintain clean work environments and manage inventory of plumbing supplies
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings
