Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project status to clients.
- Lead apprentices and junior electricians as necessary.
- Manage job site cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
