Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers to meet client deadlines
- Provide detailed service reports and cost estimates
- Manage inventory of plumbing materials and tools
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with tankless water heater installation preferred
