Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues efficiently.
- Install and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, faucets, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the foreman and other team members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local LA plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
- Professional attitude and customer service-oriented approach.
