Responsibilities
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical systems.
- Perform high-quality commercial and industrial wiring, circuit installation, and panel upgrades.
- Ensure strict compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Arizona regulations.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions.
- Mentor and train junior electricians on best practices and code requirements.
- Estimate material costs and manage project timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Master Electrician license issued by the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proficiency with electrical test equipment, power tools, and CAD software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with project managers and clients.
