Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Perform water heater installations, pipe replacements, and fixture repairs
- Ensure compliance with Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency services during after-hours on rotational basis
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing materials
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Plumbing License (PL01/PL02)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with trenchless pipe lining and hydro-jetting
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
