Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry techniques
- Perform emergency plumbing services for burst pipes, leaks, and drainage problems
- Ensure all work complies with local Boston plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects and renovations
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials, and report supply needs
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Emergency response availability for after-hours calls
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
