Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and fixture installation
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical components
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Document work performed and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Physical stamina to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician apprentice certification
