Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
- Perform leak detection and pipe repair services efficiently and accurately.
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and maintaining a clean work area.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, augers, and soldering equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on every job site.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service calls and project completion.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training and mentorship for enthusiastic candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand basic measurements.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight or outdoor spaces.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain required state plumbing licenses or certifications as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a mechanical aptitude.
