Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform hydro-jetting, pipe rehabilitation, and backflow prevention services
- Ensure compliance with Texas State Plumbing Codes and safety regulations
- Manage customer service interactions, providing transparent quotes and technical explanations
- Maintain organized service records and inventory of tools/materials
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Texas State Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
