Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the plumbing system.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive repairs to ensure system efficiency.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate estimates.</li><li>Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing testing equipment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and soldering techniques.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Customer service-oriented attitude.</li></ul>
