Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (drains, water heaters, pipes, fixtures)
- Install new plumbing systems in compliance with Texas state codes
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Estimate project costs and provide detailed quotes to clients
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies in service vehicles
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Document service reports and maintain customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Valid Texas State Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and valid Texas driver's license
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Customer-focused communication skills
