Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Accurately identify and resolve complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Installation: Install, maintain, and inspect piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (sinks, toilets, water heaters).
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, offering clear communication and professional solutions.
- Tools & Equipment: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety on the job site.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders and time cards, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (Georgia or DC).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven hands-on plumbing experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of pipe materials (PVC, copper, PEX), drainage systems, and blueprints.
- Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in confined spaces.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
