Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 rotational availability
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and backflow prevention devices
- Read blueprints and schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (TDLR) required
- 3+ years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/TAS)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Weekend and holiday shift availability mandatory
